Merchandise may be returned for a refund or store credit within 10 days of the original order date.
Contact us at returns@shoprothschilds.com within 3 days of receiving the package for a return authorization number. This number MUST be displayed on the outside of the package in order for the return to be accepted.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. The refund is applied for the item only, not shipping and handling.
Jewelry, accessories & holiday specific and sale items are a final sale.
Items MUST still have tags on them and be unworn and unwashed. No exceptions.
